What are your payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept cash and checks. Flexible financing options are available through CareCredit, Scratchpay, Trupanion, and Snout.
Do you have any payment plans?
Yes. Metz Petz of Ada offers flexible financing options through CareCredit, Scratchpay, Trupanion, and Snout. Payment is due at the time of service unless covered by an approved financing plan.
What types of pets do you see?
Our clinic sees dogs and cats.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we are by appointment only. If there is an emergency during business hours, we still appreciate a call to let us know what is going on so that we can prepare for your arrival.
Do you offer boarding, grooming, or daycare?
We offer boarding at the Shawnee location. We do not offer grooming at this time.
What are the recommended vaccines for dogs?
Distemper, Rabies, Bordetella, Lepto, and Lyme. These are all part of our core vaccination standard. We also offer flu vaccines and distemper titer testing in our Ada location. Titer testing is also available at our Shawnee location.
What are the recommended vaccines for cats?
Distemper, Leukemia, and Rabies. Some are situation-dependent. We tailor the vaccine strategy with the team and decide from there.
Do you offer spay and neuter services?
Yes, we offer spay and neuter services for both dogs and cats. We highly recommend these procedures for a variety of reasons, and flexible financing options — including Snout — may be available to help make care more accessible. If you’d like to learn more, feel free to give us a call.
